Heather Rae El Moussa is letting her social media community in on her postpartum body progress since giving birth to her son on January 31.

Heather, who welcomed her first child Tristan with her husband Tarek El Moussa, recently posted raw and unfiltered updates on her Instagram Story to show her workout routine and a glimpse of what her body now looks like post-childbirth.

An array of things is going smoothly for the new mama as she happily displays her shrinking baby bump for her three million followers. The first update showed the “Selling Sunset” star standing in front of a floor-length mirror in her closet, wearing black leggings and a long-sleeve white see-through shirt over a black sports bra. She paired the outfit with black and white tennis shoes.

Other sightings in the picture included her makeup-free face, messy blonde ponytail hairstyle, and white nail polish. There was also a bunch of clothes on the racks and a fluffy mat with her baby’s toys on the floor of the glamorous closet. Across the screenshot, she wrote:

“3 ½ Months postpartum. Been jogging, walking, on incline & light weights. Making progress. Love your body ?.”

The former model followed up with an adorable video of herself doing some repetitive workout while her newborn hung around. Still wearing the same outfit, Heather squats on a white and pink fabric not far from her son, who looks on from his carrier.

The routine occurred in the kitchen, as fans could view the appliances and islands. Across this very post, the reality star wrote, “@paulinastein working me out. Tristan, with the support ?.”

Heather later shared another photo that captured a time-lapse of her training session video. Her back view and the pet’s bedding could be seen this time. Before this post-baby show-off, The Blast reported that the 35-year-old stepped out for some much-needed self-care at the salon to get her hair in order.

The first picture saw a filter cast a soft glow on the fresh makeup-free face of the TV personality, who rocked lush blonde locks that layered over her shoulder. She had an oversized white shirt and large dark-framed sunglasses as she sat in a car.

She wrote across the image: “Got out of the house & got my hair done ???,” and then tagged where she got it done, “@l33hairartistry.” In the next slide, the “Love in the Time of Monsters” actress stood in her massive walk-in wardrobe, wearing an oversized white shirt over black pants with a pair of white sneakers.

The caption accurately expressed the new milestone she had achieved. Heather wrote, “This was a big day for me. I put leggings on for the first time in a very long time. Lol.”

She is followed by explaining why she had a white cloak on her beige-colored carpet. She stated, “I use my closet as a changing area for late-night diapers. Anyone else do[es] this?”

Afterward, she left the house to hand her husband a box containing her positive test kits and a cute gray baby onesie. The heartwarming video incorporated moments from the couple’s baby shower, gender reveal, and before and after childbirth in the hospital till they were settled at home.
