Season 3 of the reality show will debut on the streamer on May 25 with all-new episodes from Fulwell 73. Hulu’s extension for the reality show includes 20 additional episodes.

Per the Season Three logline, “The cameras return as Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie invite viewers back into their lives as they navigate motherhood, co-parenting, and building their own empires. The Season 3 cast includes Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. The series is executive produced by Ben Winston alongside Emma Conway and Elizabeth Jones. Danielle King serves as showrunner and executive producer. Jenner, Kardashian Barker, Kim and Khloé, Kendall, and Kyle also serve as executive producers for the series.

Hulu noted in its press release that the Season One premiere episode was the most-watched premiere in the history of the streaming service, and the show is the most-watched unscripted series in its history.

With the ongoing Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike against the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), it seems to make sense why Hulu would order more of its popular unscripted reality shows. During the previous WGA strike that started in 2007, networks doubled down on unscripted reality television programming. Despite reality TV having writers since the shows are considered “unscripted,” they fall outside of WGA jurisdiction. However, the WGA has fought to try and get a piece of reality programming in the past.

The show initially debuted on the streamer in April 2022 and has since run for two seasons and 20 episodes. Hulu ordered the series after they announced the end of their previous hit E! reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” The show ran for 20 seasons, 14 years, and 280 episodes on the network. The show ended its run in 2021.

Additionally, The Hollywood Reporter noted that Kim and Khloe Kardashian appeared at the 2023 Disney Upfront presentation this week to announce new episodes of the series. THR reports that unscripted, sports and news programming took up most of the presentation, with Jesse Palmer of “The Bachelorette” introducing Disney’s reality programming.

The trailer for Season 3 looks to be addressing Kim dealing with the fallout from her divorce from rapper Kanye West. The two were married in 2014 and filed for divorce in 2021. They have four children together.

It also looks like the new season will showcase Khloe as she underwent treatment for skin cancer and had a tumor removed from her face. The first two seasons of “The Kardashians” are available to stream now on Hulu.
