Britney Spears Breaks Silence on Meeting with Her Mom for First Time in 3 Years
Britney Spears has confirmed that she did indeed meet with her mom Lynne Spears this week and it was the first time they saw each other in three years.
It was previously reported that Britney had a brief meeting with her mom on Wednesday (May 24) and details of how the day went down were revealed in the TMZ report.
Sources told the outlet that Lynne is “committed to making it right with her daughter.”
Britney took to Instagram on Thursday night (May 25) to talk about their time together.

“My sweet mama showed up at my door step yesterday after 3 years … it’s been such a long time … with family there’s always things that need to be worked out … but time heals all wounds !!! And after being able to communicate what I’ve held in for an extremely long time, I feel so blessed we were able to try to make things RIGHT !!! I love ? you so much !!!” she wrote in the post.
Britney added, “Psss… I’m so blessed we can have coffee together after 14 years !!! Let’s go shopping afterwards !!!”
