Peta Murgatroyd has immense gloomy feelings about her children outgrowing their dependent years.

The talented “Dancing with the Stars” pro dancer, who is currently expecting her second child with her husband, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, is inching closer to a significant milestone as her June due date approaches.

However, in that euphoria, the expecting mother could not help but get emotional at the thought of her children maturing from their toddling years. The mama bear admitted on her Instagram Story that she cried knowing a huge chapter with her son Shai and soon-to-come newborn will soon end.

The mom of one knows it’s a good thing to see her children become independent, but that doesn’t make the feelings less painful, as she recently shared a clip describing the effect grown-up children have on the household.

The video set to a cool piano tune takes viewers on an expedition on how the bathroom becomes less used and eventually dry, or how cluttered spaces, handprints on the fridge, and toys such as legos lying on the floor are never seen around the house when children outgrow that toddler phase.

Weighing in on the heart-jerking post, Murgatroyd wrote that she sobbed when she saw the video, then the pregnant mom articulated that though she is pushing to keep her home in order, she will miss the days she doesn’t have to. Across the post, she penned:

“This just made me weep… I’m always striving to have the cleanest house, nothing on the counters, toys perfectly placed on she, etc….but knowing this day will eventually come[,] my heart literally aches….I know I will miss the mess, the craziness…the utter mental/ physical exhaustion.”

Though sad about the inevitable change, the “Burn the Floor” star has much to look forward to. Soon to welcome another blessing in her family, the “DWTS” star, as reported by The Blast, shared a fun moment with her Instagram followers as she delightfully danced into the finish line of her second pregnancy.

In the video set to Candi Staton’s song “Young Hearts Run Free,” the Australian choreographer and her beau were seen skillfully dancing. Murgatroyd donned a loose dark blue shirt paired with gray sweatpants and white socks, while Chmerkovskiy slipped into a black shirt over red shorts and striped yellow socks and topped it off with a straw hat.

To celebrate the 35 weeks hallmark of her pregnancy, the two-time Mirrorball Trophy winner wrote in the caption, “Dancin into 35 weeks with @maksimc and baby boy ?. We have officially entered the “I can only wear Maks’ t-shirts now” era… …..Maks nearly lost his whole wardrobe to me, hahaha!! His hat, tho ??.”

One fan excitedly gushed underneath the post, “You gave “belly-dancing” a whole new meaning.” Another stated, “Your videos always put a big smile on my face. We need more people like you in the world.”

How Murgatroyd’s Family Spent Their Last Vacation Before The Arrival Of Their Newborn

As the birth of their second child approaches, the pro-dancer couple put efforts into creating lasting memories with their firstborn, Shai. Per The Blast’s previous report, the family of three jetted off to Los Cabos, Mexico, for their last getaway.

In a joint Instagram post with his partner, the 43-year-old proudly elucidated his wife’s baby bump in a delightful reel set to the tune “Until I Found You” by Stephen Sanchez. The pregnant mother rocked a series of impeccable pregnancy fashions, such as trendy bikinis, a cute short black dress for dinner with her boys, and a chic daring cut-out beige dress.

Other heartwarming moments in the featured clip showed the adorable little one wearing a fancy printed outfit and resting his head tenderly on his mother’s bare baby bump at the beach.

Maks made several appearances, such as when he playfully buried the six-year-old in the sand. He also looked stylishly dressed while posing with his family and kissing his wife’s baby bump. The caption of the upload reiterated that it was their last trip “as a trio” and touched upon how much fun they had.
