This week, Taylor Lautner posted a pretty heartbreaking but inspiring video about his experience stumbling along some hateful comments about his appearance.

@taylorlautner / Via instagram.com“You find value where you put it,” Taylor explained. “And if you put your value in what other people think of you, that’s how you’re going to feel,” Taylor continued. “But if you put your value in you knowing who you are, what’s important to you, what you love, that kind of stuff won’t get to you. I’m just so thankful I’m in the place I am today, where I can see that. I’m not gonna lie and say it doesn’t bug me, but it doesn’t make me question who I am.”
