Now more than ever, Lindsie Chrisley is her sister, Savannah’s backbone, as they raise their siblings.

When their parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, reported serving their jail sentence, Savannah took custody of her 16-year-old brother Grayson and ten-year-old niece Chole — whom her parents adopted from her elder brother Kyle in 2016.

However, the 25-year-old is not alone in her new custodian duty. Recently, Lindsie revealed how supportive she is towards her sister.

Lindsie Chrisley Says She’s Helping Savannah In Parenting Their Siblings

Through a question-and-answer segment on Lindsie’s Instagram stories, fans learned how she assists her sister in raising their siblings. One fan had asked if she had “offered help to Savannah,” the podcast host wasted no time divulging her role, alongside a short clip of her crying.

The Tv personality wrote, “I can only do so much from another state, and I feel like my parents and I parent differently, and sometimes advice in a new situation isn’t well received. You have to learn from lived experience.”

She continued, “Of course, I’ve shared things that have worked for me, but she has a good support system with my Nannie and Julie’s mother, and everything is going well.”

The oldest of Todd’s daughters further shared how compatible her younger siblings are. She stated, “It helps they filmed together and were already big parts of each other’s lives. I’ve been a parent for over ten years, so my life looks a lot different than what hers did before everything transpired.”

The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum ended her revelation and reiterated her belief that God was with them. She said, “If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it.”

Unsurprisingly, fans wonder about Savannah, given that she previously spoke about one effect of having such responsibilities thrust on her. During an episode of her “Unlocked With Savannah” podcast, she discussed the odds of having kids in the future.

“I’m in that anger part of grief right now. I’m just angry at everything,” The 25-year-old lamented. “And also, after taking on the kids. I’m like, ‘Okay. Do I want kids? Do I? You know, seeing how much this whole thing has affected us?'”

Although she struggles with the responsibility, the reality star clarified that she held no ill feelings about stepping into the significant role for the children. She then pointed out that she loved spending time with the two adorable kids she saw as her “everything.”

The ‘Southern Tea’ Podcaster Slammed Abby Lee Miller For Comments About Her Dad

While she offers parenting tips to her sister, Lindsie isn’t going to accept anyone talking bad about her father’s situation. Hence, she wasn’t quiet when Abby Lee Miller commented inappropriately about the real estate mogul.

The “Dance Moms” star, in an interview, described “Chrisley’s patriarch as “very bougie,” claiming the real estate mogul would find it difficult adjusting to prison life. In her words: “He is not going to be able to handle, like, the soap and the towels.”

The dance coach also shared that she advised Todd “to be careful” before reporting to prison. Miller’s interview triggered Lindsie, and after deliberating whether to ignore it, the 33-year-old addressed it on her podcast.

Calling out the 57-year-old actress, Lindsie said, “I don’t mean this in a petty way, and it’s probably going to come across a little petty, but what she did, in my opinion, was very inappropriate.”

The first daughter of the Chrisleys continued pouring her feelings about the older woman’s actions. “She aired what she claimed was private communications with my dad,” Lindsie ranted. “It’s a betrayal. … She should know better. I don’t believe she would have been brave enough to do this if my dad hadn’t been incarcerated.”

The reality TV star left some words of advice for the older entertainer. She urged Miller to have “some dignity” and use her platform for better things instead of utilizing another family’s misfortune for clout.

The South Carolina native finished off her clap back, highlighting that her dad was okay. She said, “I can assure you there’s no concern over towels or soap. I want to encourage her to give back to her community … thirsty for headlines.”
