Heather Rae El Moussa is getting her banging body back after the birth of her first child, but not without putting in the work. The new mom has been in motherhood bliss with her 4-month-old son Tristan, who she shares with the HGTV star Tarek El Moussa.

However, having allowed herself a few months in the childbirth bubble of her newborn, the hot mama popped back to social media with a sinking revelation of how her postpartum body is still weak! The “Selling Sunset” star posted a four-month postpartum update on Tuesday, and we can relate.

The 35-year-old took to her Instagram Story to share a few short videos showing her engaged in some workout routine with her trainer. The first clip saw the reality TV star doing squats with leg stresses on a pink Yoga mat at the instruction of her trainer, Paulina Stein, who dons an all-black workout outfit.

The Netflix star was dressed in black leggings, a grey long-sleeve shirt, and black sports shoes and styled her blonde hair into a bun. The video featured the family dog beside the dumbbell and light hand weights.

“Back from vacay & back to training @paulinastein,” Heather wrote over the post. She followed up with more information regarding her post-childbirth recovery, writing, “We are slowly building; my body is still weak after having the baby.”

The “Flipping El Moussas” star shared another clip that showed her holding her baby boy as she did some squats. Every time the doting mom goes down, her cute son lets out a cute giggle.

“First official giggles @therealtarekelmoussa,” Heather wrote across the post. Tristan is wearing a multi-colored sleeper onesie with a white bib around his neck while his loving mother donned a peach sports bra with black leggings.

The TV personality followed up with yet another exercise video. This time, she balanced her elbows and a knee on the floor while stretching her left leg up in the air. The training routine happens in her living room, as fans can see a wide couch and large windows. In the caption, Heather tells her three million fans she is “Working hard.”

Similarly, the former model recently shared raw and unfiltered updates, showing a glimpse of her postpartum body. The Blast reported the actress stood in her closet facing a floor-length mirror. The glamorous wardrobe featured a bunch of clothes on the racks and a fluffy mat with her baby’s toys on the floor.

Heather’s top covered her ample bust and gaped open to reveal her heavy bump. The overall look was paired with simple jewelry, silver pumps, and a full face of glam. In the caption, the former actress expressed her excitement and ignited conversations around the hit show by stating:
