Mariah Carey's ex-husband Nick Cannon has admitted that the legendary singer is a "gift from God" whose pictures he had up on his wall at the age of 12.
Rapper Nick, now 42, went on to marry Mariah in 2008 and the pair are parents to 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.
But the couple separated in 2014 before becoming officially divorced two years later.

Nick, however, has opened up about his feelings for the Obsessed singer, who is 11 years older than him, during an interview with celeb news outlet The Shade Room.
When asked who the "greatest" love of his life is, the Dime Piece rapper, who is now a father to 12 children, answered: "Like the greatest? I mean, I always talk about that.

Besides his twins with Mariah, he is also dad to 10 other children with five different women in what he calls "consensual non-monogamy".
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he said: "God decides when we're done. I'm locked in but, when I'm 85, you never know, I might."
Announcing his views on YouTube in June, he explained: "People like to classify what I do as polyamory or polygamy but, even that, I always say to define me is to confine me."
And giving parenting advice, he added: "Everybody thinks it's time management. It's energy management."
