Actress Nicole Kidman and her country music husband Keith Urban are all about affection as they celebrate 17 years of marriage.
In Hollywood, where marriages barely make it past the first year or last the long haul, lovebirds Kidman and Urban are showing the world that seventeen years is achievable. In June 2006, the powerhouse couple said their “I Dos” on the grounds of St Patrick’s Estate, Manly, in Sydney, and since then, it has been a love story to cherish.

While the pair keep on proving that very few can measure up to them when it comes to long-lasting romance, on Sunday, they had more reasons to set couple goals for the rest of us.
Feeling some extra love for this special occasion, the “Nine Perfect Strangers” went online to celebrate. “Happy Anniversary my Love,” she sweetly wrote alongside an intimate photo of the duo.
The black and white snapshot featured them embracing each other with the “You Look Good In My Shirt” musician grouping his wife’s waist while she held his face.
Kidman & Urban looked like they were dressed to go to a dinner event, the “Far and Away” actress slipped on a thigh-slit gown with a rose-like design on its sleeve and side, while her beau sported a well-tailored suit with a collar tie — complemented with rings on their right index fingers.
Kidman’s fans and some Hollywood stars reciprocated with a slew of heart emojis and anniversary wishes for the lovers in the comment of the post. Vanessa Hudgens called them her “Faves,” while Julia Micheals noted boldly, “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!”
One fan penned, “Happy Anniversary to my favorite couple! Wishing you many more wonderful years together. ❤️.” Another user shared their love using five red heart emojis. “Love couple [three red heart emoji],” a third admirer typed while someone else wrote, “Wishing both you & @keithurban a happy anniversary, here’s to many more beautiful years to come.”

The anniversary celebration comes after the Oscar-winning star made a surprise appearance on stage at one of Urban’s shows in Las Vegas. The Australian-American singer-songwriter, amid the Las Vegas residency, was very excited to show off his wife to the crowd.
Though she often pops up in his shows, this one was definitely special, as he wished her a happy birthday on stage. The vocalist was seen addressing his crowd saying, “We’ve got some birthdays in the house, we have teachers in the house, we’ve got wives in the house,” Urban said as he motioned to bring Kidman out from behind the curtains.
After coming onstage, a shy-looking Kidman held her hubby as she sparsely interacted with the audience. Shortly after, Urban hugged and kissed her, then said, ” Happy birthday, baby girl.”
These cozy updates make us inclined to share the love story of one of Hollywood’s sweetest. The couple instantly connected when they first met in 2005 at the G’Day USA gala in Los Angeles as part of Australia Week stateside.
The two quickly hit it off, so much so that they tied the knot a year later on June 25, 2006. Kidman’s children, Isabella Jane and Connor Antony, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Cruise, were also part of the couple’s big day.
During their marriage, Kidman and Urban welcomed two daughters together, the first being Sunday Rose, born July 7, 2008, and in 2010, they embraced their second daughter Faith Margaret via gestational surrogacy.

A year ago, The Blast shared how the sweethearts cheered each other during their 16th wedding anniversary. The “But for the Grace of God” crooner uploaded a snapshot of himself and his wife standing and smiling together. “HAPPY SWEET 16 BABY xxxxx,” he wrote in the post’s caption.
The “Moulin Rouge” actress, on the other hand, shared an adorable throwback picture of the pair lighting a candle during their 2006 wedding ceremony in a church in Manly, Australia. “Sweet XVI. Remember this like it was yesterday,” Kidman captioned the photo, featuring her in a one-sleeve Balenciaga wedding dress
In the pic, she looked gorgeous as she sat by her man. The “Big Little Lies” star rocked a bridal veil and strawberry blonde hair. Urban looked dapper in his black suit with a lapel, a white rose, and a white shirt.
