In a recently filed complaint, Target National Bank alleges that the 45-year-old has “failed, neglected, and refused” to pay $2,482.24 in credit card fees. According to documents obtained by Page Six, she opened the card on December 10, 2007, but failed to make any credit since September 2022, despite a last payment of $500.

TD Bank has taken over the account and is now pursuing debt collection. With the television personality yet to respond to the claims, it remains to be seen whether she intends to resolve the dispute shortly.

The financial troubles continue to mount for the estranged couple as they grapple with a staggering debt to the IRS. They reportedly owe over $1 million in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018.

The situation becomes even more dire as their Georgia mansion faced foreclosure in February due to an alleged default on a $1.65 million loan taken out for the property in 2016.

A glimmer of hope emerged as their shared debt predicament, which led to their opulent home’s potential auction, was resolved, and the auction was canceled. However, the duo’s financial woes are far from over, as they still face individual money problems that add to their ongoing challenges.

Kroy Biermann Lands A Credit Suit Of His Own

It was also reported that Biermann was embroiled in a new legal battle as he was accused of failing to repay a substantial line of credit for a gambling excursion in the Caribbean.

The NFL player is facing a lawsuit from Sky Warrior, the credit line handler for the renowned Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the 37-year-old allegedly acquired a $100,000 line of credit for his November 2021 trip to the casino, of which he used $52,500 for gambling purposes.

Sky Warrior claims that he had reportedly agreed to repay any gambling debts incurred, allegedly assuring the company that he had enough funds in his SunTrust bank account for settlement.

However, despite drawing $52,500 in chip markers at the casino, the former Buffalo Bills player has yet to repay the amount before departing. Sky Warrior claims that their attempts to retrieve the owed money from Biermann’s bank account have been unsuccessful.

The home became a divided space, with sources revealing that the pair resided separately. However, this arrangement took a toll on the four minor children they shared.

The couple filed for divorce on May 5, with Biermann submitting the paperwork slightly ahead of the mother-of-six. Both parties are also vying for primary custody of their children and are seeking child support.

After saving their home, the situation between the two individuals has been fraught with drama. The former professional athlete reportedly called the police one night when the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star refused to leave the washroom, creating a tense situation as he wanted some privacy for showering.

The “DWTS” alum also called the police, alleging that the Atlanta Falcons former player had locked away her luxury purses and passport. When the authorities arrived, Biermann reportedly complained about the financial difficulties caused by Zolciak. According to an insider:

“These kids don’t deserve it. All they want is for their parents to stop fighting,” adding, “even their friends are saying enough is enough.”
