The mother of one used the last paragraph to gush about the “El Moussa household.” —- She wrote: “The El Moussa household may be a little more chaotic with 3 kids, but it feels full. Love our family and love watching T grow day by day🙏🏻🤍.”
The caption included a family snapshot of herself, Tristan, and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, as the trio posed together in a hallway, and their outfits blended excellently. The former “Playboy” model wore white-washed denim trousers, a black long-sleeve top, and matching pump heels while her 5-month-old son sported a black-and-white onesie.
On the other hand, her husband donned a black leather jacket over a black shirt with dark-colored jeans and sneakers. “Sleeping on the job… Baby boy flipped over twice last night, so he is now out of swaddle and in a sleep sack. And also, he’s been in his big boy crib for 3 nights now. He’s getting used to the changes, so he’s a little extra sleepy right now. 🥺.”

The “Oppenheim Group” agent revealed that Tristan has to get a “tongue-tie revision.” Tongue-tie or [Ankyloglossia, the medical name], is when the strip of skin connecting a baby’s tongue to the bottom of their mouth is shorter than usual.
“The Flipping El Moussas” star said, “We had the revision done when he was a week and a half old. Unfortunately, down here,” pointing to the bottom of her tongue. She continued saying, “[It] is just really tight again, and it’s not getting any better, even after doing all the exercises. We get body work all the time and stretches.”
An almost teary Heather also said that even though she knows the procedure is the “best” option for her son in the long run, she still feels devastated that it would hurt him.
