    How to go braless

Speaking about how to go braless, Talia Johnson, Senior Creative Manager at PrettyLittleThing, said: "We are seeing more and more people experiment with the braless fashion trend and it is certainly one to celebrate.

"It’s all about breaking free from traditional norms, embracing your natural shape and body and exploring your own self-confidence and expression.

"If the braless fashion trend does pique your interest, but the thought of suddenly not having that structure and support feels alien and daunting.

"There are plenty of ways to ease into and experiment with it.

"A great way to do this is to pick out pieces you can comfortably wear without a bra, like a tight-fitting black tank top or loose shirt.

"Or, you could trade in wearing traditional bras with bralettes.

"Still providing coverage, but with softer and more relaxed support, they can be a great way to dip your toe into the braless fashion trend and see how you feel about it."

She also said the braless trend isn't just about fashion, as it's also about celebrating your natural bod.

For this reason make sure you feel comfortable and confident when you don the look.
