Kevin Jonas Wife’s Refers To Actress Sister-In-Laws As ‘Other Girls’, Feels Jealous
Kevin Jonas’s wife Danielle Jonas is expressing her jealousy toward her famous sisters-in-law, we get it, girl, it’s hard not to be.
Danielle Jonas Wants More
Danielle is a jewelry designer and a mom but she can’t help but compare herself to Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra two working and well-known actresses. “It’s a love-hate. I feel like I am torn,” she admits on a recent episode of the “LadyGang” podcast.
She elaborates. “The two boys married somebody who, they’re actresses, they’re out there, everyone knows them. And I feel like I’m Danielle, and it’s hard,” she admitted. While we believe Danielle is being a little too hard on herself, she states she feels the need to just be ‘Danielle’ for herself outside of being known as just Kevin, a Jonas Brother’s wife.
Danielle Jonas Wants Her Own Fame
The Danielle Jonas Co. founder was also candid about only being known for who she married and not making acclaim on her own name. She bravely says, “It’s also that I’m out there celebrity-wise because I’ve married you,” referring to Kevin because he too was there for the interview.
“And that’s where it’s like, ‘Oh, I wanna have something else to my name too.’ So that it feels … more than or like the other girls. ‘Cause then when I’m with the other girls, I feel just less than sometimes. It’s weird,” she admitted.
The 36-year-old was supported by her husband who admits he has had those feelings in his life as well in regard to his more famous brothers.
Kevin Jonas Is Insecure Too
The 35-year-old reassured his wife of over 10 years that she is valid in her feelings and admitted that he too had had to del with feelings of that nature in his past. “I feel the same way with Nick and Joe, right? Like solo careers, movies, all this stuff. It’s like everyone has to find their place … No matter the situation, right?”
He continued. “You’ll always be compared to the women around you the most.” Keep in mind Kevin’s brothers are doing a whole lot more than him. They moved on to solo careers and formed other bands that were extremely successful.
Kevin is really only in the spotlight when he is making music with his younger brothers btu for the most part he seems to be living the dad and husband life.
Danielle Jonas Had A Chance
Danielle’s lust for attention isn’t something new, she attempted to obtain her own brand a few years after tying the knot in 2009. A reality show about the couple’s life ran for two seasons starting in 2012.
It was similar to the MTV hit Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica except Danielle wasn’t playing a dope and her husband actually respects her. The show didn’t have the rating to move forward on E! and the couple didn’t pursue another.
Instead, they started a family, Kevin got into house-flipping and Danielle started her jewelry line. Now that all the brothers are married fans think it would be nice to see a show about Danielle, the not over-exposed Jonas wife!
