Tyson Fury has reportedly rejected the opportunity to earn many more millions by recording a second series of the hit Netflix show ‘At Home with the Furys’.

The heavyweight champion stars in the current No1 streamed show on Netflix in a fly on the wall documentary following him, his wife Paris and their six children, as well as dad John and brother Tommy Fury and his fiancée Molly-Mae.

But the streaming giants have been unable to convince Fury to sanction a second series after Tyson shut down the idea because he didn’t want to be labelled a reality star.

According to the Daily Mail, Netflix remains keen to work with the family again, namely Paris who is a natural on camera and has been praised for her support with Tyson’s mental health disorders.

A source told the paper: “After retiring Tyson saw the Netflix show as a lucrative opportunity in place of the money he would have earned by taking on a fight.

“But the filming process was particularly stressful and coupled with the fact he's now an active boxer again after coming out of retirement, he decided to put a series two on hold for the foreseeable future.

And the fly on the wall show has seemingly taken its toll on Tyson, who previously admitted: “'I wanted out. It was a couple of weeks in, and I was on the phone to my lawyers "is there any way I can get out of this? I don't know what I've signed up for again. I've made a mistake.

“But that's just my bipolar going up and down all the time. One minute I'm happy the next I'm not and it's very evident to see my emotional rollercoaster throughout and people are going to be shocked because I can take 10 turns in an hour.”

Paris added: “They all agreed to do it, we talked to the bigger two, but the little ones were too young but the big two we said, "do you want to be involved?" And they said "yeah, yeah" but then there were times I suppose when you don't want to especially when Tyson said no, he didn't want to.

“We got halfway through filming and he wanted to cancel the whole show.”
