Although the former yoga instructor, who was born Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas in Boston, Massachusetts, has often been criticized for her Spanish accent, she is now facing criticism for the way she sits while she drives, with many users calling it unsafe.

On Sunday afternoon, the “30 Rock” actor shared a photo of Hilaria driving grooving along to the music while she’s driving. She casually begins singing along and dances a little bit, taking one of her hands off the wheel. Alec seemed to think it was amusing, as he captioned the video, “This is it. This is my reality. I’m lucky.” He also tagged his wife in the post.

Musician Dandy Lee Strickland was one of the first to comment on the post, writing, “How u say: unsafe driving habit.” Other followers were quick to agree. “Please drive with the left leg firmly planted on the floor or it won’t be able to help brace you under sudden heavy braking or an unexpected impact,” another fan wrote.

Another user poked fun at her previous job as a yoga instructor, writing, “Being flexible does not help you in a car crash. Fans can see that he is wearing striped blue boxer shorts because he is also not wearing any pants! “Happy 11th anniversary, Jack….Pre-kids I would visit you on 30 Rock and prank you with that hidden cupboard behind. You had no pants…then we had 7 kids,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. “Well here is to 11 more…years…maybe kids too…definitely cats.”
