Full Menus Released For EPCOT’s Popular Food And Wine Festival

Every year, Walt Disney World hosts its annual EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, which showcases food and drinks from all around the world and is extremely popular amongst Guests.

This year, from July 27 to November 18, 2023, Guests visiting EPCOT can visit the Global Marketplaces as they taste their way around the world.

Per Disney, “Stroll across 6 continents—and beyond—as you sample mouthwatering delicacies at EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Discover a cornucopia of cultures, cuisines and innovative cooking techniques from chefs worldwide. This food aficionado’s paradise is replete with delicious dishes, fine wine, craft beer, spirits and other beverages sure to satisfy every palate.”

Disney Releases Full Menus For Food And Wine Festival

Now that the festival is just a few weeks away, Disney has finally released the full menus, leaving fans drooling.

Here is a list of some of the new items Guests can expect from this year’s EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.

Over at The Fry Basket booth, Guests can now try Pickle Fries with Dill Ranch in addition to the popular Fry Flight, which was at last year’s booth. The Fry Flight includes:

      • Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar Fries (plant-based item)
      • Barbecued Bacon Fries with Smoked Aïoli
      • Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with Candied Pecans, Toasted Marshmallow Cream and Caramel Whisky

Stop by the Flavors from Fire booth to try the new Chimichurri Marinated Skirt Steak Taco with Crushed Avocado, Grilled Corn Salsa, Pickled Red Onions, Queso Fresco and Cilantro-Lime Cream or the Spiced Chocolate Tart with BBQ Potato Chip Crust, Salted Whisky-Caramel and Smoked Sea Salt.

The Brew-Wing at the Odyssey is filled with new items including:

  • Orange-Cardamom Wings
  • Impossible™ Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Plant-Based Blue Cheese, Plant-Based Ranch and Celery (plant-based item)
  • Scorching Hot Scotch Bonnet Pepper-Curry Wings with Creamy Cucumber Raita

There are some new drinks offered at this booth as well, including:

  • Sun King Brewing Caipirinha Lager, Sarasota, FL
  • Brew Hub French Connection IPA, Lakeland, FL
  • 3 Daughters Brewing Old Fashion Porter, St. Petersburg, FL
  • Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Tropicolada Hard Cider, Armada, MI
  • Bold Rock Peach Berry Hard Cider, Nellysford, VA
  • 3 Daughters Brewing Raspberry Lemonade Hard Cider, St. Petersburg, FL

One of the most popular booths every year is the Mexico booth, and this yer there are several new items Guests can try, including:

  • Tostada de Carnitas: Braised Pork on a Fried Corn Tortilla with Black Beans, Avocado Mousse, Queso Fresco and Chives
  • Taco de Costilla: Slow-braised Beef Short Rib on a Corn Tortilla with Salsa de Chile Morita, Avocado Mousse and Spring Onions
  • Pastel Impossible: Layers of Traditional Mexican Flan and Tres Leches with Guava and Cajeta

Of course when in Mexico you have to try some margaritas. This year, the booth will offer a Trouble in Paradise Margarita, which consists of Ilegal Mezcal, Watermelon Liqueur, Rosé Wine, Lime Juice and Agave with a Chili-Lime Powder Rim, as well as the Fly Away Margarita, which is made with Nocheluna Sotol, Pineapple-Ginger Juice, Chile Ancho Verde Liqueur and Tequila with a Sweet Dried Chili Salt Rim.

2023 Eat to the Beat Concert Series

Within the Food and Wine Festival, Disney also holds its Eat to the Beat Concert Series, which is filled with musical talents such as Joey Fatone of NSYNC, Sugar Ray, Hoobastank, and others.

This year, Disney has yet another fun-filled line-up as some returning acts, plus brand-new ones, will be a part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series, which kicks off on July 28 and runs through November 13.
