It’s no secret that “Temptation Island” fans are not too pleased with Hall’s decision to break up with Kaitlin so he can start a new chapter with Makayla after only a few weeks on the island.

Social media users, particularly Reddit users, aren’t sugar coating their thoughts on Hall and the big life decisions he’s made since the season began.

Reddit Users Are Clearly Not Fans Of Hall

As the first ever engaged couple on “TI,” maybe everyone had higher hopes that they would leave the island still engaged and closer to saying their “I do’s.” But that’s clearly not the outcome viewers witnessed. It appeared that while Hall went into this experience feeling he wants to grow the connection he has with Kaitlin and set a date for their wedding, that thought quickly shifted when he laid eyes on Makayla.

Hall couldn’t even wait until the final bonfire to let Kaitlin know he found someone else. After he received her video message, he decided he couldn’t wait another day to break things off with her so he can start his life with a virtual stranger – Makayla.

Reddit users are not happy with his decisions and how he went about it all. They didn’t hold back when discussing it all on the social media platform.

“Hall is literally the biggest sociopath. Red flags all around. He needs to leave alone, for everyone sake,” one user wrote.

Many people agreed by liking the comment and one person responded, “I was thinking that… he talks so methodical like he’s practiced in his head over and over how to sound like a good person. It doesn’t work for me!”

Another person had a message just for Hall.

“Hall, I really hope you see this buddy😭 karma is a b*tch and you gon get yours. When you’re old and gray and lonely and miserable, I hope you look back and finally feel true regret and responsibility for breaking a beautiful and adequate woman’s heart🙏🏻😞 these girls are only showing interest to stay on the show, TRUST and believe boo boo nobody really wants you😅 what a poo poo head you are and your mother is shamed.”

Another viewer shared, “Hall broke up with her. Then realized he couldn’t do any better while he was single so he went back to her. Now that he’s on a TV show and some girl is showing him attention he’s good to go. What a clown lol.”

Reddit Users Think Hall Is Selfish, Agreeing With Kaitlin!

One viewer wants to know how Kaitlin saying he’s acting selfish makes him look bad.

“So Hall is upset with his bonfire clip, not because he sees how hurt Kaitlin is and understands her point of view, but because he thinks her saying he’s selfish makes him look bad?? Bruh…He looked like such an ass the whole episode and I just cannot wish good things for that man. I was really happy with the clip they played of him for Kaitlin because that conversation was insane, and all of the girls reacting to it was great, I love their solidarity. Anyway, Jugs has to be playing him or there is no justice in the world.”

Another Reddit user also commented on the selfish statement. “Hall is literally so clueless. ‘How can she call me selfish, that makes me look bad’ nah bro you do that all too well yourself. She’s better off, he’s the worst.”

One person brought up a solid point about Hall saying he didn’t have an emotional connection with Kaitlin but yet stayed in the relationship for 8 years.

“So Hall actually said he never had an emotional connection with someone he was with for 8 years…….what? I understand if you’re dating for 6 months and then realize it’s not right…but if he was with her for 8 years and felt no connection, that is literally a sociopath or something is completely off. Oh well, good she didn’t have kids with someone who can change with the wind or a good set of cowbells.”

Another thought about the emotional connection missing was brought up by one viewer. “Can you imagine being in a relationship with someone you know can fake a connection for EIGHT YEARS? Yikes.”

When one Reddit user commented, “I think that Mikayla (sp) should see Hall’s behavior as a red flag. Kaitlin & Hall were broken up – got back together – then got engaged but the whole time he never had an emotional connection with her and was forcing it? This was YEARS! Hall is wild,” another jumps in to reply, “He is low key manipulating her. He gives her this undertone of its all Kaitlins fault without saying that directly so she ignores the red flags.” One other viewer also added, “Makayla is definitely ignoring blatant red signs.”
