Comic Paul Chuckle couldn't hold back his laughter as a supporter celebrating his 30th birthday requested to have his autograph inked onto their buttocks during their holiday in Benidorm.

The up-for-a-laugh comedian, 75, shared a picture on Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter) of a fan proudly showing off his tattoo bearing Paul's signature, as he admitted that any bizarre occurrence of the like could only occur in Benidorm.

Paul, smiling, posed in a selfie with the admirer’s left cheek on full display, in what appeared to be a restaurant in the seaside Spanish resort.

    Paul Chuckle was one half of the iconic The Chuckle Brothers comedy act, which included Paul’s late brother, Barry.

    The funny brothers gained fame through their BBC kids' show ChuckleVision, which ran from 1987 until 2009.

    Commemorating its 21st season, Paul and Barry embarked on a 2010 stage tour named An Audience with the Chuckle Brothers.

    The humour of the Chuckle Brothers typically originated from physical comedy, visual jokes, and clever language play.

    They were notably recognised for catchphrases like "To me, to you!" and "Oh dear, oh dear!"
