EastEnders fans spot subtle sign ‘confirming’ Fatboy’s return after flashback
EastEnders fans were thrilled to see Fatboy return to Walford after leaving the soap in 2015.
In a flashback episode from the night it was confirmed that Lucy Beale had been murdered, Fatboy was seen knocking on the window of a car with Cindy Beale inside – along with her witness protection officer.

Shortly after the episode aired, fans have been reflecting on the snippet and think he may have dropped a subtle hint that his return is anticipated.
One fan of the show wrote: "I just watched him again and he said ‘I’m supposed to meet the crew to play pool… in the near future’…is this him trying to tell viewers he’s coming back?"

With both cameos, fans are convinced it means that Fatboy is alive after all – and he was never killed off on-screen, it was merely his chain that was discovered.
Actor Ricky Norwood took to Instagram after his return to pose with his co-stars as he wrote: "Was soo good to be back on the Square and to be a part of such an epic storyline. Even though Mrs B wasn't there… she was really."
He added that his return was a "special moment" and thanked his followers for their support and messages.
