The English media personality was beside herself on Thursday morning as she bid farewell to her youngest daughter as she returned to school following the long summer break. The emotional update comes weeks after she made the kids at her daughter’s school lose their minds by bringing her close friend, Simon Cowell, to judge the cakes at their bake sale.

An emotional Holden marked the beginning of a new milestone in Hollie’s life, sharing a heartwarming photo of the 11-year-old in her school uniform as she geared up for her journey into secondary school.
The image, posted to Instagram, featured a side-by-side collage of two photos, one showing her first day of primary school and the other depicting the pre-teen dressed in her secondary school uniform.
“Wow. Those years just flew past. Year 7 already. Our little #HRH all grown up. We couldn’t be prouder of her. Smart, sassy, and funny. The most loving girl. Let’s do this Hollie,” the proud mom penned beneath the picture.
The “Wild at Heart” alum, who shares Hollie and her eldest daughter Lexi with her husband Chris Hughes, received an outpouring of support from her followers and well-known friends in the comments section.
While Holden’s Heart FM co-host Ashley Roberts exclaimed, “Omg she’s all grown up!!!,” “Murdoch Mysteries” star Lisa Faulkner queried, “OMG where does the time go?!!” Similarly, Kate Thornton, the “Britain’s Got Talent” judge’s longtime friend, also chipped in, “She’s so grown up!”
As for fans, one commented, “She is gorgeous! You have a beautiful family,” and a second chimed, “Oh bless her she was just the cutest little girl and now turning into a beautiful young lady – the time has flown!”

Just a couple of months ago, Hollie’s schoolmates gushed over Holden after the superstar surprised them with a visit from Cowell during a bake sale event at her school in June. According to Daily Mail, the “Alan & Amanda’s Italian Job” star was initially invited to enter the tent and select a winner for the themed cake creations but shocked people when she brought out her “BGT” co-star to join in the fun.
She then explained that the 62-year-old came prepared, “armed with a fork,” to taste-test the children’s baked goods, and together, they decided on a winner. Speaking about the event, the Laurence Olivier Award nominee shared:
“They lost their minds, these kids! And he came in, armed with a fork and then we sort of decided the winner between us based on taste.”

“While on the other [hand], she’s got her dream of working in America lined up with job offers in place working on the current affairs show Inside Edition. She just wants to make sure she plays her cards right over the next few weeks, but right now, she’s not sure what move she should make,” the source divulged.
The source also mentioned that even though Holden would be thrilled to accept a role on the “This Morning” sofa, she had been informed that ITV bosses might reach out with an offer to return to their screens anytime. However, she already had commitments and offers in her schedule, making it a challenging and uncertain time for her decision-making.
