It’s unclear when D’Elia and Taylor began dating, but the comedian announced in December 2019 that they were expecting their first child together.

D’Elia popped the question on June 18, 2019, and the couple welcomed their son in 2020.

From the looks of Taylor’s Instagram Story, she and her husband had their first dance to Paul McCartney’s “Blackbird,” which was performed by a live band.

The happy Mr. & Mrs. D’Elia even had their son join in on the dance.

D’Elia and Taylor are not only parents to Calvin, but also parents to a number of rescue dogs.

They’ve got Chenzo, Butters, Cooper and Sam.

Cooper was part of the wedding complete with a doggy tuxedo.

Taylor wore two beautiful white gowns, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Her reception dress was a high collared, sequined top with a feathery, floor-length bottom.

As previously mentioned, the couple’s relationship was rocked in 2020 when multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, grooming and pursuing underage girls exploded across the media.

Subsequently, D’Elia was dropped by his agency, replaced in a number of projects and essentially “canceled” by the internet.

After much time offline and out of the public, D’Elia slowly made a return to his podcast, “Congratulations,” and to stand-up comedy.

D’Elia returned to his YouTube channel and other social media accounts on February 19. He issued a 9:38 second video to his account titled, “It’s been a while.”

Chris Opens Up About His Sex Addiction

In it he said, “I stand by the fact that all my relationships have been consensual and legal, and that’s just it. That’s the truth.”

He continued to explain that during his time away from the public he sought a lot of medical advice, therapy and stuff like that.  After speaking to medical professionals, D’Elia came to the conclusion that it all boiled down to sex.

“Sex controlled my life. It was my focus all the time, and I had a problem. I still do, it’s not like a few months down the line you just, everything’s better. I need to do better at that,” he said.

In a 2021 episode of his podcast, the comedian went into even more depth about his sex addiction and sobriety.

On his June 16, 2021 episode titled, “We’re The Falcons Now,” D’Elia announced he was one-year sober.

“I have a year sobriety. I have *a year* sobriety and I can’t believe I’m saying that. I feel good, you know, and it’s hard and I don’t want to run before I can walk. But I’m taking it a day at a time,” he explained.

D’Elia admitted talking about his sobriety made him feel very insecure and a bit exposed.

“I haven’t had sex with anybody but my fiancée in the past year and I know that’s like ‘whoa, what do you deserve a fing medal?’ And the truth is when you’re in fing sobriety and you’re in these meetings you actually do get a f***ing medal,” quipped D’Elia.

The comedian said he still can’t believe he’s made it this far, and while it is difficult to talk about, he hopes this conversation can help people.

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Chris D’Elia.
