Travis Scott Calls Strippers To Stage At First Major Performance Since 'Astroworld' Catastrophe

Travis Scott is back! He had his first major performance since his deadly November “Astroworld Festival” in Texas.

The “SICKOMODE” rap star had his first major performance since his deadly November “Astroworld Festival” in Texas.

Travis performed in Miami at mega-club E11even’s Grand Prix party on Saturday, May 7.

Travis Returns To The Stage For First Major Performance Since November

Before storming the stage, he threw a wad of cash into the crowd while holding onto a bottle of Don Julio1942 tequila.

After taking the stage, he yelled into the crowd, “Everyone owes me a shot!”

He proceeded to call up all the strippers to the stage.

“We need every stripper to report to the f**king stage right now. We need every bottle reported to this mother**kin floor,” Page Six reported.

Travis performed “Antidote,” “Highest in the Room,” “Pick Up The Phone,” “Goosebumps,” and “SICKOMODE.”

A source told the outlet, “The crowd was singing every word to his songs.”

He took over E11even’s stage around 3:30 AM EST and performed for 45 minutes.

This marked Travis’ first performance since he stepped out of the spotlight following his tragic “Astroworld Festival.”

The Blast previously reported on Travis’ plans to make a triumphant return to performing.

The “Sicko Mode” rapper has performed at a few VIP sets since his November show, but nothing to this caliber.

The Formula One Grand Prix, a high-profile race, brought a hoard of rich and famous celebrities to Miami.

Page Six reported hotel rooms are running up to $120,000/ night.

According to Bloomberg, tables at E11even range from $5k to $100k.

The exclusive club had an ad of Travis along with ticket prices on their website.

Female general admission for tier 3 is $150.00 while male general admission for tier 3 is $250.00.

Ten people were killed and hundreds were injured.

In December, The Blast reported the official cause of death of the ten victims.

The massive crowd surge crushed their lungs — causing “compression asphyxia.”

According to the official coroner’s report, all ten victims of the terrible tragedy died due to being suffocated by the pressure from the surging crowd. All of the victim’s official cause of death is listed as “compression asphyxia.” As you know, many of them were rushed to local hospitals after collapsing inside the concert.

Interestingly, one of the ten victims had a “contributory cause” to his death. Illegal drugs were found in his system.

According to the records, the combined toxic effects of cocaine, methamphetamine, and alcohol were a secondary cause leading to the death.

In this case, autopsies were performed for each victim.

In the aftermath of Astroworld, multiple lawsuits have been brought against the rapper with some seeking BILLIONS in damages.

Travis maintains his innocence, and has not taken fault for the multiple deaths and overall tragedy. He broke his silence following the November 5 melee.

The interview came after a $10 billion lawsuit was filed, in addition to one seeking $2 billion, in damages.

“The Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne Tha God took to his YouTube channel and uploaded an hour-long interview with the “Sicko Mode” rapper. There, Travis continued to emphasize that he had no idea what was going on in the crowd of over 50,000 people.

Travis Had “No Idea” People Were Dying & Getting Crushed

Tragedy struck while he was performing at the end of the night, and brought Drake out. Several fans in the crowd were seen begging for the concert to stop.

“It wasn’t really until minutes into the press conference that I found out exactly what happened,” Travis explains. “Even after the show, you’re just hearing things. But I didn’t know the exact details until minutes before the press conference. And even at the moment, you’re like, ‘Wait. What?’ You just went through something, and it’s like, ‘What?’”

Travis continued to emphasize that he didn’t know any attendees had died at his show until that press conference officially began.

To honor the victims of his festival, Travis launched “Project HEAL.”
