Stephen King Heaps Some Serious Praise On ‘Stranger Things’

Horror master Stephen King is known for his spooky tales, but there are some stories that even scare him.

Netflix released the last two episodes of the fourth season of “Stranger Things” on Friday, July 1. Many fans were concerned to see which characters would die and which characters would make it out alive. It seems the “Carrie” author was so impressed by the penultimate episode of season four, that he took to Twitter to say that he was “almost afraid” to watch the last one!

Many fans had conflicting opinions on the ending. One fan commented, “that journey remix at the end was epic though.”

One person died for no reason whatsoever. I didn’t get the point. Other than that it’s a pretty good episode and a tear jerker.

However, another fan didn’t like it. “One person died for no reason whatsoever. I didn’t get the point. Other than that it’s a pretty good episode and a tear jerker.”

I think the errors in the setting have become too distracting for me to willfully suspend my disbelief. I’m just saying over and over those were not the songs we listens to and those hair cuts are wrong for their age and it’s not the 70’s and and and. Maybe I’m done with it.

Another fan also feels that “Stranger Things” might have lost its steam going into its fifth and final season. “I think the errors in the setting have become too distracting for me to willfully suspend my disbelief,” they commented.”I’m just saying over and over those were not the songs we [listen] to and those hair cuts are wrong for their age and it’s not the 70s and and and. Maybe I’m done with it.”

His best book too (imo, and a major inspiration for Stranger Things).
I think the ending leaves it pretty clear there will be a season 5 and that it will be massive.

“Watch the last one! Your book is even in it ! Sure leaves you wondering will there be another season! They say no, don’t believe,” another user commented.

Another follower agreed, adding, “His best book too (imo, and a major inspiration for Stranger Things). I think the ending leaves it pretty clear there will be a season 5 and that it will be massive.”

The Duffer Brothers had previously indicated that they had a five-season story, and it has already been confirmed by Netflix, so it’s safe to say that fans have more episodes to look forward to!

Millie Bobby Brown & Noah Schnapp Talk ‘Game of Thrones’ Inspiration

Shortly before the final episodes of season 4 aired, Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, and Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, told TheWrap that fans can expect some carnage in the season four finale, saying, “They need to kill off some people. It’s so big.”

“I know. It’s way too big,” Brown added. “Last night, we couldn’t even take one group picture because there were like 50 of us. I was like, ‘You need to start killing people off.’”

“They just need to have one massacre scene,” Schnapp agreed.

“That’s what I’m saying,” Brown ventured. “The Duffer brothers are two sensitive Sallies that don’t want to kill anyone off. We need to be Game of Thrones. We need to have the mindset of Game of Thrones.”

Brown also asked that they “kill me off,” pointing out that they tried to kill David “and they brought him back. It’s ridiculous.”

Many fans thought that Max (Sadie Sink) had died… until it turns out that she had actually survived, so there’s plenty to look forward to in season 5!
