Amanda Kloots is keeping the memory of her late husband, Nick Cordero alive in the sweetest way possible.

The mother-of-one marked the second anniversary of her man’s death with an emotional tribute that moved her fans. Codero died after battling COVID-19-related complications for more than three months.

Since her husband’s passing in July 2020, Kloots has ensured that his memory remains with their supporters.

The 40-year-old did it again when she posted an emotional tribute to mark the second anniversary of Codero’s death on Instagram.

Backed by Justin Bieber’s song “Ghost,” the post included a video compilation of some sweet moments Kloots and Cordero shared throughout their relationship.

The clip showed the couple holding hands while ice skating, dancing, kissing on their wedding day, playing with their son, Elvis, and Cordero playing the guitar.

Kloots started the caption by letting fans know that saying goodbye to her late husband was the “hardest” day of her life. She continued praising Cordero for being “a presence” whose smile and laughter could light up a room.

The fitness instructor then shared a story about a dream one of her girlfriends had on the first anniversary of the broadway actor’s death last year. She wrote:

“We were all at a party and Nick was there looking happy and radiant. When she asked him why he was there he said, ‘What do you mean? Today is my birthday. It’s the one day I get to come back and celebrate with everyone I love.'”

She claimed that her perspective has changed since hearing about the dream as it opened her eyes to the similarities between birth and death.

Kloots believed that her man was sending her a clear message, thus prompting her to reframe the day as “Nicks’ new birth’ day instead of his death day.”

With this new outlook, the dancer said she could now shine a “positive light” on a gloomy day. Concluding the caption, she wrote:

“I decided then that I will celebrate with him today and always on July 5th. I love honey. I miss you more than life.”

The post got her followers emotional, and over three thousand took to the comment section to drop some encouragement for the TV personality.

Several people noted that they were thinking of Kloots and Elvis, and others dropped heart emojis.

The last time the former “Rockettes” dance member spoke about her late husband, she did it with Kelly Rizzo, who lost her husband, Bob Saget, earlier this year.

The Blast shared that Kloots likened her grief to an onion because of the neverending tears it brought to people’s eyes. In her words:

“You know how you peel off an onion, and it makes you cry? I feel like grief; why it never ends is because we continue going on through life, right? So if you think about it, that’s your grief, that onion.”

Kloots, who is yet to return to the dating scene since Codero’s death, wishes he could be here to witness their three-year-old son’s “cuteness.”

Kloots admitted that grief would constantly bring tears to people’s eyes because the person they lost was dear to them.

She advised those in her shoes not to worry too much about the sadness grief brings because it was a continuous learning curve.

The Daytime Talk Host Wants Adam Driver To Play Cordero In Upcoming Biopic

When he was alive, Cordero made quite the impact on the Broadway scene.

When fans heard that his wife’s book, “Live Your Life: My Story of Loving and Losing Nick Cordero,” will get adapted into a biopic, there was curiosity about who would play the late actor.

Luckily, the answer lies within a report that The Blast did in May 2022 following Kloots’ conversation with ET’s Kevin Frazier for an episode of “The Talk.”

During their chat, which also included Sheryl Underwood, Jerry O’Connell, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Natalie Morales, Kloots revealed, “My dream casting is Adam Driver. Adam Driver, I’m coming for you.”

Although it has been over a month since Kloots made the declaration, nothing has been heard from the camp of the “Marriage Story” actor.

The “Live Your Life” memoir was co-written by Amanda’s sister, Anna, and includes details about the former’s marriage and how she cared for Elvis after her husband passed.
