It’s the middle of November and that can only mean one thing – No Nut November is well underway.
The movement sees men all around the world abstaining from sex and masturbation for a whole month, starting from November 1st.
The belief is that it helps men to practice self-control and some even claim it can help improve mental clarity and overall general well-being.

People approach the challenge differently from each other though.
Some go without nooky or self-pleasure for the entire month, while others believe you can still masturbate or have sex as long as you don't finish.
While it wouldn’t be unusual to think that porn stars' viewership drops during the month, this isn’t the case for 37-year-old Angela White.
When Trevor and Michael asked if the videos get progressively hornier as the month progresses, Angela confirmed they do.
“Yes, it’s a challenge, I do a lot of red light and green light JOIs (jerk-off instructions), red light means you can’t jerk, when it’s green light you have to jerk,” Angela shared.
“It’s me speaking to the camera so I tell you how to stroke it, I tell you how fast to stroke it, with which hand and how.”
JOI is an acronym for jerk-off instructions, with JOI referring to a category of pornographic audio or video content featuring a woman giving explicit instructions to a viewer or listener on how to masturbate.
Angela continued: “I’ll tell them which hand to use and how many fingers. Usually the jerk-off instructions are specifically for men.
“I’ve done some for women but you have to do them slightly differently. For women, I use my fleshlight so I show them where I want them to touch.”
Angela is an icon in the industry, having been inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame and the XRCO Hall of Fame, and in 2020 became AVN's first three-time Female Performer of the Year winner.
She had always been a sexually curious teenager, having wanted to become a porn star when she was just 14 years old.
Sadly she used to be criticised for choosing to sleep with both men and women.
Angela says pornography was the first place that she saw women being celebrated for their sexuality – and she hasn't looked back since.
