The Spanish holiday hotspot Costa del Sol is getting tougher on stag and hen dos – anyone getting naked in the street, wearing their underwear outside or sex toys or fake penises could be fined.

Malaga already has strict laws in place, including fines for using megaphones or general unruly behaviour, as well as drinking in the street.

Other areas of Spain have also introduced fines for urinating in the sea while some resorts have banned novelty items or swimwear in restaurants.

Malaga city council has now added to its list of restrictions in an attempt to clean up the tourism seen on its streets.

Yesterday, the authority approved new clauses to its existing laws.
